The Province of Camarines Norte, through the efforts of Museo Bulawan, welcomed the esteemed European Union Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency LUC VÉRON to Camarines Norte.
Around 11:30 in the morning, His Excellency Luc Vѐron arrived at the Provincial Capitol Grounds. There, a festive welcome awaits the esteemed guests, consisted of His Excellency Luc Vѐron, Madame Nicole Weissman Vѐron, Lucile Martin (Programme Manager, EU Gender, Civil Society and Youth Focal Point), Michelin Alvarez (Finance Manager), Elaine Ramirez (Executive Assistant, Cooperation Section), His Excellency's chauffeurs, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Board Members, Camarines Norte State College President-Dr. Marlo Dela Cruz, Dra. Rosalie Almadrones, and significant personnel of PGCN offices.
Master of Ceremony Mr. Abel C. Icatlo (Head and Museum Curator of Museo Bulawan) started the program on time.
With his exhuding passion and love for God and country, Camarines Norte Governor Hon. Ricarte R. Padilla bestowed his gratitude to His Excellency Luc Vѐron through a message of appreciation and a Key to the Province of Camarines Norte.
In response, His Excellency Luc Véron delivered a speech of gratitude to all Camnorteños. The crowd gasped in awe when he greeted them in perfect diction of "Magandang araw po!".
As soon as the welcome program ended, His Excellency Luc Véron, Hon. Ricarte R. Padilla, and Dr. Marlo Dela Cruz proceeded to the Governor's office for a conversation and a special luncheon.
The European Union entourage soon journeyed to Museo Bulawan and Wenceslao Q. Vinzons Library where they were presented with the rich Camnorteño history, arts, and literary prowess. His Excellency Luc Vѐron then step foot in the vicinity of our First-Ever Rizal Monument in the World (Unang Bantayog ni Rizal) where he was welcomed with a cultural dance performance.
Subsequently, The European Union entourage was handed over to the care of Daet Municipal Tourism Office and Vinzons Municipal Tourism Office to fulfill His Excellency's itinerary.
